In this 90min class we will take a closer look at the luteal phase of our cycles not only from a physical and biological view point but also through an emotional and spiritual lense. We will gain a newfound understanding of our bodies and what they are going through in hopes of allowing ourselves grace is this taxing time in our cycle. Throughout the process we will learn how to nurture and honor our bodies through this phase and reflect on the new incites gained.
