Do you accept insurance?
Little Lion Alchemy values the needs of the body as a whole and how those needs can vary from day to day. In order to preserve quality of care, all services are cash based.
What does a typical bodywork session look like?
Generally each session will start with a discussion about how your feeling and what you are looking to address. The remaining time takes place on the massage table, cloths on. Assessment and treatment involve light to moderate touch. Each session will vary slightly depending on individual needs and if necessary will incorporate exercise/stretching.
What should I wear?
Anything comfortable and easy to move in.
How long is a typical session?
Typically sessions will be a 60 minutes long. Time may vary depending on individual need. Initial visits are typically a bit longer.
